The Type of Personal Information We Collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts, and characteristics, including but not limited to:

    • Name

    • Address

  • Employee financial and background information, including but not limited to:

    • Bank account details

    • Disclosure and Barring Service Reports

    • References

    • Copy of Right to Work evidence.

  • Company Vehicle Tracking System

    • The vehicle tracking system, Wex Telematics, has been installed in Company vehicles, primarily for the purposes of improving safety, security and efficiency.

    • The system provides peace of mind that drivers are adhering to speed limits and driving time restrictions as well as general safety on the roads. The system can be used to provide information as a defence for staff and the Company in contentious situations such as third- party claims or disputable vehicle incidents.

    • The system permits 24-hour visibility of the fleet and could be used to track vehicles which due to unexpected movement, would be under suspicion of being stolen. 24-hour visibility increases efficiency of collection and drop off and responses to customer requests.

 

  • CCTV

    • We use CCTV at our day care school for the purposes of crime prevention and protection of our staff, visitors, and premises.

    • We recognise that the use of CCTV is potentially intrusive and as such access to CCTV footage is restricted to those staff that have a need to access. Only those individuals authorised by the Head Trainer & Director or the Company Secretary to do so are permitted to view CCTV footage and no footage may be released without the authority of the Head Trainer & Director or the Company Secretary.

How We Get the Personal Information and Why We Have It

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To provide you with the services you have requested from us.

  • To provide administer your account with us.

  • To communications with you about your dog and our services.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Details of payments you make via a range of payments systems including but not limited to Stripe, Go Cardless, and our banking provider.

We use the information that you have given us to:

  • Provide you with the services you have requested from us.

  • Administer your account with us.

  • Communicate with you about your dog and our services.

We may share this information with our accountants, our bookkeeping system (Xero), our service booking system (Pet Sitter Plus), and our email providers (Wix and Microsoft Outlook).

How We Store Your Personal Information

Your information is securely stored.
